Michael Snedic and I are teaming up again, this time for a photo expedition with a difference. Instead of an expedition into the wilderness we will be taking 14 photographers on a photographic tour around southern Japan in September 2017. We’ve designed the tour to provide exciting photographic opportunities and cultural experiences as we explore the region.
We will start in Kyoto, travel as far south as Hiroshima and Miyajima, and end up in Tokyo. Along the way we explore and stay overnight in a Buddhist monastery, explore the medieval Nakasendo trail, as well as heading to the hills to photograph scenery including Mt. Fuji. We will be photographing people, landscapes and nature, architecture, and more. Of course Michael and I will both be on-hand throughout the tour to help you make the most of the photographic opportunities. I was last in Japan in 2014, and am excited to be heading back to this fascinating country!
Bookings are open for this adventure already, so don’t delay!
